Job Description

Perform duties related to CNC Machine Tools such as providing installation, training and repair services for customers, as well as providing technical expertise to customers.

Responsibilities

Machine installation, moving, and re-level for CNC Machine Tool
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical components such as spindle units, gearboxes, and other mechanical machine component
Mechanical services
Electrical services
Motor Servo adjustment 
Machine Operator training 
Laser check 
Trouble shooting by phone (Respond to customers’ service phone call)
Travel to clients’ location

Qualifications

High School Graduate
2 years or more experience in maintenance or service engineer field
Maintain a valid driver license
Ability to follow safety rules, ensure safe operating conditions are followed within area of responsibility, wear required personal protective equipment and clothing, and keep work area in clean and orderly condition.
Must have the ability to visually inspect and troubleshoot machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
Must have the ability to read and understand mechanical prints
Must be willing to travel/drive domestically to customers
Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.
