Precision Machine and Tool Rebuilders Warranty Policy

At Precision Machine and Tool Rebuilders, your satisfaction is our primary goal. We stand confidently behind the quality and expertise of our workmanship, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty designed to provide you with peace of mind.

Our Comprehensive 12-Month Service Guarantee

We guarantee the integrity of our rebuilding, repair, and retrofit services for twelve (12) months from the date the machine is accepted and put back into operation by the customer.

This warranty covers all parts and labor directly related to the specific services performed by Precision Machine and Tool Rebuilders. If a failure occurs in a warranted component or assembly due to a defect in our workmanship or materials supplied by us within the 12-month period, we will correct the issue promptly and at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Exclusions and Conditions

Our warranty is designed to cover the work we perform. To maintain the validity of your 12-month guarantee, the following conditions must be met, and the following situations are generally excluded from coverage:

Proper Operation: The machine must be operated within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and guidelines for which it was designed.
Routine Maintenance: The customer must adhere to all standard machine maintenance schedules as defined by the OEM, including, but not limited to, proper lubrication, fluid changes, and filter replacements. Records of such maintenance may be requested.
Authorized Service: The machine must not have been serviced, repaired, or modified by unauthorized third parties during the warranty period.
Normal Wear and Tear: The guarantee does not cover parts that wear out over time during normal operation, such as cutting tools, light bulbs, fuses, belts, hoses, filters, or seals.
Customer-Supplied Materials: Components or parts that were supplied by the customer for installation are not covered under our workmanship warranty.
Damage from Misuse/Accidents: Failures or damage resulting from accidents, acts of God, neglect, improper operator training, abuse, overload, improper setup, or external electrical issues (e.g., power surges).
Unrelated Components: The warranty is limited only to the specific assemblies and components that were the focus of the Precision Service work. Failures in machine components that were not repaired, replaced, or adjusted by our technicians are excluded.
Contamination/Improper Fluids: Damage caused by the use of improper or contaminated lubricants, hydraulic fluids, or coolants.
